Wild Hog Trapping

The Association would like to make residents aware that it is working with a licensed contractor to address the wild hog issues in the community. These wild hogs are a nuisance to the community as they tear up yards rooting through grass and vegetation in search of food. The FWC does not recognize wild hogs as a protected species and places very minimal restrictions on hunting them.

The contractor will be out in the community on weekday evenings and the weekends (not between the hours of 10pm and 8am) over the next couple weeks. He will be using a combination of traps and dogs to help catch the pigs and keep others from coming back into the subdivision. He will be focusing initially on the south portion of the subdivision below Sunset Rd as this area has been hit hard. Please contact the management company if you have any questions or concerns.
